Loosing weight by have a balanced diet is the key to fitness. The thing to keep in mind is that you need to consume small quantities of food every 2 hours for a balanced diet. So after break you can go for some fruits and for lunch have your daily routine food but in limited quantities. Fruits shall be consumed after every meal and dinner is supposed to be kept very light and preferably before 7 so the stomach can digest in a proper way and results will be in front of you after 10 days of following this diet.
